its 3 ring rather than the 6 ring shown in photos, which is not a big deal. However, the cards are a really thin flimsy paper rather than card stock, and the binder won't hold as many cards as I would have hoped. Im a bit disappointed and past the return window. I am a very busy hairstylist with 500+ clients , and the fact I keep client records for years, these won't last the test of time.

This is exactly the size and formate I was looking for. I think it really nice that you can state how you client got incontact with you. Plus there is plenty of space for all color history with your clients

Nice Binder but is thin and doesn't hold many sheets. Client record sheets tear easily and are very thin. You do have plenty of room to keep services rendered per client.

As you use this book you will be flipping the pages a lot.. they should be made of card stock in stead they used flimsy paper that will tear shorty.. that’s why I give it only 3 stars.

The binder is the best part. I really thought the cards were going to be cardstock. They are just paper which will not hold up if water got on them like the cardstock ones do. Overpriced for what it is but I'm keeping it because I need it. I will look at other refill cards for the future.
