I've been using #4 cone filters in Cuisinart coffee makers for a couple decades. I usually buy Melitta brand at the grocery store for about $4.50 for 100. These filters are made of thinner paper than Melitta (not sure if that makes any difference), but perform just as well. My only gripe is the cost. Maybe "free" shipping is worth it to some, but at more than twice the cost, I don't see any advantage.

These filters are an excellent choice for replacement #4 filters. If you prefer unbleached filters - as I do - these are great. I use them along with a stainless steel filter (double filtering) for pour-over coffee, as it gives a richer flavor than a single filter can provide, and cleanup is easy. If you are used to using heavier duty filters (like Costco sells, for example), you'll find that these are thinner and coffee drains through more quickly. That can be good or bad - personal taste. After evaluating these for a few cups of coffee (I brew no more than two cups at a time), I give them a thumbs up.Pros:- unbleached- they work!- no tearingCons:- thinner than "average"

These cone shaped filters work great. I like that they are long enough to hold the grinds in, I’ve had some that are too short once the grinds get wet and they fall out of the filter. They also have tab on them for easy opening.Well made and make clean up a breeze.

I like these coffee filters better than others I've tried. They don't tear easily, and they make coffee maker cleanup easier. I bought them to reduce oils in my coffee.
