Others here said it leaks but I figured I would give it a try to see if it was a quality control issue. My unit was not any different. It did hold pressure for the first few pressure checks of a new system and then it failed miserably at 150psi and would not stop leaking from the safety relief valve. This is located right next to the adjustment screw. Its a shame since these units are used extensively at a major aerospace manufacturer where I work. I wonder if the Amazon ones are rejects? Save yourself the trouble because it might fail past the return window. Look elsewhere or purchase directly from Coilhose.

Worked perfect to raise my line pressure up to 150psi. Didn't ship with the gauge, but one call to Coilhose Pneumatics and they sent one out to me. Great product.

The regulator works very well, I made my own mounting brackets from flat stock. The gauge, ,even though its small, reads pressure correctly. I am happy with the purchase.

This is a well made pressure regulator. Can be rebuilt if needed. Very large gauge that allows you to dial in the correct pressure.
