I'm 5'7 and there is room at the feet so the height advertisement seems accurate for up to a 6' tall person. The rectangle shape allows a decent amount of movement for a large adult. This is not very thick, so it is lightweight and easily packs into the included compression sack. In fact, it is one of the easiest bags I've packed. That said, this is rated for ~34-41 Fahrenheit. I tested it in 69-79 degrees and it was super toasty with summer clothes. It appears to be an accurate rating with the proper gear (thermal clothes, insulated pad, full tent, etc.). For warmer weather, it will unzip to let feet/legs out or to just lay on as extra padding. The stitches and zipper seem to be decent quality so far. The material feels comfortable against skin. It takes up very little space and weight in my 65 L backpack. I would not hesitate to purchase again. I bought the green and it is a very nice olive/forest green color as it appears in the pictures. It matches the deeper shades on the Rumpl cascade green blanket.
