I needed these for a knitting project. I wasn't really familiar with embroidery or the scale of sizes of the needles. These needles will work for up to a worsted weight yarn. Only one of the needles was sharp; the other had more of a darning needle tip.

These were size 14 embroidery needles, which are nearly impossible to find!
