I know this coat well. I have the same item in a hip length jacket, in a pretty lavender color (see photos). I love it, especially the reflective lining, because it is not bulky, but is warm. I ordered the longer coat and waited MONTHS to receive it, and when it finally arrived it was a completely different and inferior coat. The coat they sent had inferior quilting, and it did not have the reflective lining (see photos). I was disappointed, but I returned it and ordered the same coat again. My head is exploding! They sent the same inferior coat again. Apparently, the website description and photo are wrong. If you ever do find the correct (and excellent) coat, know that it runs a little small. I usually buy a medium size, but needed a large. The inferior coat that they sent -- twice -- runs large. Had I kept it I would have needed my usual medium size.

I bought this for my daughter who is a high school soccer coach and their season is November through February. She hates cold weather but says this coat does a great job of keeping her warm.

Bought one size bigger because I usually wear a sweatshirt and turtleneck underneath. This jacket is just as I hoped...lightweight, roomy in the shoulders, nice fit, not bulky and very comfy. Love wearing it in the car because it is very lightweight. I won't know till next winter if it is really warm during the cold winters in New Hampshire.

I originally ordered this in a medium as that's what I usually wear. Width-wise it was fine, but I was looking for a coat that would be longer than a parka. I then ordered a large and it hit me perfectly about six inches above the knee. (I'm 5'9"). The sleeves are a bit long and I have more than enough room for bulky sweaters, and I like the inside cuff to keep out the cold. My only complaint is that a medium was $118 and the large was $164. That would never happen in a department store for one size to be that much more than another.

I ordered this for my daughter. it's very nice not super heavy so you can layer with it but keeps her warm. she likes it very much!

So comfortable and warm. It radiates my body heat so I only need to wear a T-shirt under it! The length is great and the hood really keeps the cold and wind away. The arms are a bit long but that’s become a good thing. So happy I purchased this jacket!

I was so in awe of the inside liner for heat, also how small the package was when arrived with my new jacket. I love the zipped pockets and two deep unzipped inside pockets. I maybe won't lose my hats and/or gloves now. My really old jacket pockets on outside were not zipped and not all that deep. I believe from trying it on here in Wisconsin that it will be a warm jacket.
