The Combo Hoofjack is for those of you that have ponies to drafts. The horse size cradle is for your horses and the draft size cradle is for those with a shoe size larger than 7 (approx. 7 3/4" across the widest part of the hoof. The Combo Hoofjack consists of one base with two magnets, one standard cradle, one standard straight post with rubber cap, one draft cradle, and one draft post with draft sized rubber cap. The base is made of linear polyethylene which is 12.5" in height and has a base diameter of 18". Overall height adjustment is 14.5" - 22". Two strong 90 lb. pull magnets are included to hold your rasp, nippers, or hoof knife close at hand. The molded base material comes with a three year warranty against horse breakage. The Combo Hoofjack can be used to support the hoof for daily care, treatment, bandaging, and more and eliminates the need to put the hoof between your knees or support the horses weight with your body. Take your mind off your back and knees and put it back into your work. The Combo Hoofjack is the solution for the leaning horse - let your horse lean on the stand and not on you! Accommodates older horses with a limited range of motion. Allows the horse to stand in an anatomically correct and comfortable position. A comfortable horse will be more compliant making your job easier and safer. The cradle and straight post can be used on both the front and hind feet meaning you never have to support the weight of the horse with your hands or your body again. Use the straight post for clipping or applying hoof polish Apply and remove studs with ease. Instructional DVD no longer included. Some assembly required. Logo color subject to change; currently using both black and white (same stand).

Had the regular horse size and liked it, so I bought this when I got a large Belgian. It takes a while to get your horse used to resting his foot in the cradle (that part can be quite frustrating actually). But, once they learn, it makes trimming their feet much easier (for a do-it-yourselfer that is not comfortable placing the foot between knees).

Love it! Was having alot of pain in my back trying to clean and treat the thrush in my Shire's back hooves and this is a miracle! My horse quickly got used to the sling and is now quite comfortable with it. The instructional video that came with the stand was very helpful as I'd been a bit scared of not placing the stand or his hoof in the right location. My Shire isn't full grown yet, so we're still using the regular horse size, but I chose to buy the combo version for when he grows up. Worth every penny and more!
