This item comes with unreadable installation instructions and the seller has no supplemental instructions to offer. Also, it comes with two brackets that are incompatible with my truck so full installation could not be completed.

From the moment the box was opened it was a terrible experience. The instructions are not able to be read at all. The brackets don't fit the models it states. There is no customer service to speak with. There's no wonder it was no longer available 2 weeks after purchasing. It also stated in product description and verified with Amazon that it fits a 2014 Chevrolet Silverado. It does NOT fit. Absolute waste of time and money.
