returned it as it was not bright enough for desk. Will work as a night light but that is all.

These work as intended and were simple to wire and install. I suspected that they'd be extremely lightweight (based on the price), and they are. They also tend to lean forward (even though the base is installed flat against the wall) - maybe due to the arm not being sturdy enough?? But, they were an inexpensive option, and the switch works well, so they're staying up and when I tire of them, they can be changed out, without having spent much money for the option. I do recommend them as an inexpensive option, but if you're looking for a sturdy light fixture, go elsewhere...
