This product gave me agita until I figured it out. Themain problem is that the connection does not pass water throughout until I figured it out. The connections to the gun require a strong thrust without touching the orange collar. Then while using it you have to pull on the hose connetion toward you and it shoots out very strong. I washed my car using the number 2 strength and hit the rims with number 3. The bottle adapter is still a hit and miss proposition but it does work, Need to try it on another bottle. So why go through all this? First the price. Second this is stronger than my old cordless, third it can take Makita batteries. I tried one and it did work, although not easy to put on. I wrote the seller but I did not get answer. Probably not a manufacturers rep, just got a load of these and trying to sell them. Also the orange collar is for attachment removal only and it works nicely.Eureka, I found the answer. Just a little plumbers grease on the gun side and the attachments fit on perfectly, in fact it makes a clicking sound when it attaches. And, it stays that way making this item the best you can buy. I also ran out of battery power and I used a Makita battery to finish the job. I love this power washer. The grease was the answer to inserting the hose to it.

Beware...check to see you receive invaluable connector converter to attach to a hose. Mine was missing in a sealed box. Cannot use, cannot connect to water hose...so basically....it's useless GRRRRRR

I bought this cordless pressure washer to clean some dirty gutters, and wanted to get something I could easily work with from a ladder. On arrival, to test it I cleaned a patch on our dirty deck, and I was amazed how well it cleaned the area. I ended up cleaning an area twice as large as originally planned. While it took more time to clean the test area as compared to our regular 120AC washer, it seemed possible to match the results, without the possibility of stripping. After the deck test area cleaning, I then cleaned a couple of really dirty gutters, until stopped by rain, on the same battery!!!One bothersome "feature" of the unit, is that when not using the power mode, the water still exits the nozzle and has to be shut off manually, unlike a standard washer. This slows you down a bit when you are working/moving around things you don't want to get wet, but, it also shows you the additional power provided by the pump.I now envision many more projects for it that I ever even considered before the purchase, given its limitation.

This is a reasonably well made product, all parts were there, and it functioned fine. Just had no real advantage over using a power nozzle on a garden hose. If water access is difficult, this will do a nice, simple job about as well a your garden hose and a power nozzle. But otherwise, no significant pressure to do any real cleaning. When assembling, make sure the small o-rings are on the appropriate fittings, or it will leak. o rings were in a package, just put them on,

I have a big gas-powered pressure washer that I use to clean my house, sidewalks and driveway. It's a lot of work to pull this out for a small, minor cleaning job. I bought it so I could clean small engines. It works perfectly. Simple to use and easy to set up. The various spray patterns are super convenient.
