Warped, fake plastic silver frame that's sticky and falling apart. The silver "frame" is warped and not straight. I'm pissed. It's too embarrassing to give, can't get ahold of anyone, and it's not eligible for return or replacement

The size is incorrect. It’s clearly says 8x10 photo.Well this is only for a 5x7 photo. Very Disappointed and now our team member will be too when he doesn’t have a proper plaque.

I ordered this for an 8x10 photo as the description suggests. However, when I received it, I believe it fits a 5x7 photo. Very misleading.
