I would not recommend buying this fan. The blades stopped working after 3 months. Since it was outside our 30-day return window, I tried contacting the manufacturer. I assumed Cuckoo was the reliable appliance company from Korea, but it turned out to be a different Cuckoo company in India. The manufacturer phone number took me to a unit that was trying to promote "free test" emergency button (like the "I've fallen and I can't get up" button) and would hang up if I didn't want to try the test product. Never got hold of a true customer service department.

I can't really comment on the remote control because I haven't tried it yet. I have bought 2 other fans during the past year that both claimed to be quiet. They were only quiet on the lowest setting. This fan IS quiet. I can sleep with it on. The controls are on the bottom so keep that in mind if you plan on setting it on the floor.

I ordered it despite the 3.7 rating because I trust the brand Cuckoo, as I’m already using a Cuckoo rice cooker. Upon receiving the product, I thought it was indeed well-made. I’m very satisfied with the quality and quantity of airflow. It would be even better if there were something to attach or hang the remote control on the main body.

This is definitely a high quality fan for multiple reasons. Appearance-wise this fan looks fantastic, my wife loves it. It is incredibly quiet, even at higher speeds, it's quieter than any other fan I've encountered. What's most impressive is the sleep mode. It gradually reduces wind speed, ensuring a gentle and uninterrupted nap time for our little daughter. I'm really happy with my purchase.

I bought it for my large and long bedroom. My bedroom wasn't cool enough with old A/C so I decided to give this fan a try and I'm so glad I did. It's super quiet and has a lot of cool features(timer, sleep mode, 12 wind levels and etc.) It makes my room feel so much colder and fresher, and it's very easy to use with the remote. It's also stylish and looks great in my room. I would totally recommend it to anyone!
