This products is excellent from how it was packaged, to the ease of installation. The tech support was excellent, It's hard to find a company that has this much confidence in there product. Keep up the great work

My daughters SRX screen cracked just like everyone else’s and when we bought it it was a 2014 model so when it came to ordering the replacement I looked at a ton of online options and bought a 2014 screen twice. Obviously both of them did not work until I came across this website. And this company not only explained why I should buy theirs but it also explain why the other two I purchased didn’t work. The Dealership that we bought it from had already replaced the whole unit as part of a recall and I did not know that there was a 2018 model radio in a 2014 vehicle. No way of knowing that until you take the unit out and look at the serial number on the back which is the instructions I got from this company so I ordered the product if it worked perfectly and is tremendously cheaper than going to the dealership that wanted $1100 For just the screen replacement. I highly recommend not only ordering this part but order from this company that knows what they’re talking about.

Ive been really excited to write about my experience fixing the DEFECTIVE CUE that GM knows is defective and won't replace even 2 months out of warranty. (Worth the effort READ BELOW)Bought our 2014 SRX in 12/2020 with 26,000 mi. Loved it from day one ... had the usual headlight issues that the dealer took care of even though we opted out of the 3k warranty. Noticed it on the way home and they offered to fix it and even installed our own super bright LED bulbs and new LED housings .. just awesome. Then 6 months later the CUE screen starts cracking in a corner (in the receipts from the dealer I see this was already replaced in 3/2018) but they only warranty it 2 years, knowing that is it's life expectancy if you live in a warm climate like Florida .. this new one made it 26 months! The signs of a bad CUE are cracking in a small section, like broken glass .. then it spreads and the screen becomes unresponsive!Get a quote from the dealer for $1500 to replace the CUE ... do my research and buy one from cuescreens with different technology which they say will NEVER fail (even if the warranty covered the new BAD CUE .. the hassle of doing this all over again in 2 years was not worth it) went with "never fail" 😉Watched the youtube video and ordered the 2018 CUE model for $175, mine had been already replaced otherwise it would have been the cheaper version, $99 I think.Ordered from cuescreens on Amazon, received and put it in a drawer and ignored for 2 months because even though the cracks were annoying it was still responsive until yesterday and now difficult to use any cue features ... just unresponsive.Installed today and it went PERFECT, I used their installation videos and TOOK MY TIME. What they say is 2 hours took me 4 hours from start to finish including cleanup!I'm thrilled, watch and follow the videos and you really can't go wrong.Bring your tablet or laptop outside for the trim removal portion and follow along. Then once the CUE is disconnected, bring it indoors to a nicely lit bench area and follow along. The two most difficult parts for me were getting to the two 7mm screws out from UNDER the trim that goes along the entire transmission hump. Once pulled away, I just used muscle to pull it away far enough to get a shallow 7mm socket in there, the seat gets in your way but you will figure it out.2nd worst part was disconnecting the wires from the back of the CUE once you pull it away from the dash (you're on a SHORT LEASH) ... just watch the video again and again ... the two tools for one connection is totally necessary ... you will wish you had 3 hands, you need to simultaneously pry away two sides and pull the connector out ... use the tools to jab into one side and the other and pull the connector out.Trim removal (they say 10 minutes but I had trouble accessing the two 7mm explained above ... turned into 20 minutes).Screen removal: Look on YouTube, cuescreens has great videos.Feels nice to save $1300 😉Now I just need to get our sunscreen interior fabric shade replaced ... another known GM problem that they will not resolve.$1200 for that, and that one I did look at doing myself and said no thanks ... dealer job 😉All that said, love the SRX. Sorry for the long post and hope it helps someone!

I purchased the v2018 CueScreen to repair my recently spider webbed CueScreen. Once the Cuescreen was delivered by Amazon, I attempted to install it, needless to say I fixed the screen following all the directions provided by CueScreen, but the screen was still non-responsive when I tested it. I emailed the CueScreen Rep, provided photos of my install and the Rep said everything looked good. Turns out the Rep noticed a very slight possible tear on the cable and he determined that the install was good, but perhaps there was a micro tear in the cable, so he sent me a new CueScreen. I received the new CueScreen, installed it and everything was working properly. I truly appreciated the patience and time CueScreen took to work with me and resolve my issue.

When putting the new screen on I was unable to align the bottom 2 screws to the holes they screw into resulting in a lip as seen in the pic.

Very nice screen looks just like the OEM and works great. Mine was spiderwebbing on the second warranty replacement from Cadillac. Im looking forward to never dealing with this again. Was hesitant to do it myself, but it was easy and there are tons of videos out there. Just be patient when installing it and keep track of what screw goes where. I took mine apart first to verify the year before ordering and after a couple days waiting for shipping my old man brain had to rewatch videos for reassembly.

I have a 2016 SRX, watch installation video. Keep hands clean also to help with removal of the two trim pieces, first the silver trim around cup holder console should be lifted up about 1/4" don't remove. This can be done by lifting up on both outer edges next to cup holders. This will allow easier carpet trim removal and reinstallation.Touch screen works and looks like OEM with the exception of the haptic response which is not as strong. However with no gel and no spider webbing I still give it five stars. Not difficult to install if you're use to working with hand tools.

Amazing high quality product. Saved me lots of money, dealer quoted $2000 to swap the CUE unit. YouTube videos are a must watch before removing and installing CUE screen. Everything fits perfect and works like new. This is for 2018 units. Mine was already swapped by dealer under warranty and I had 2018 unit.
