Metal punch stamp: suitable for stamping aluminium, brass, copper, silver, gold and ect. (also fits for annealed steel and hot stamping on steel)
πŸ“ Recommendations for using stamps
1. How to use the stamp: For punching use hammer and place the blank on a hard, smooth surface and hit hard.
2. How to deal with stamp rust: Brush with a stiff sponge, then boil in water with baking soda for 10 minutes.
3. How to store the stamp: If the seal is not used for a long time, it is recommended to use lubricating oil for preservation.
Note: For bigger stamps from 20 mm it can be hard to get the best result using hammer, so my advice is to use press.

I ordered the stamp about 2 months ago but being busy today was the first time I was able to use it. The striking end shattered on the first hit. I hit it using a 1/2 pound hammer so I know I didn’t hit it too hard. By looking at the metal it seems as though the working end of the punch was hardened and not tempered. Luckily I was wearing ppe because this could be extremely dangerous if I decided to use a heavier hammer.

This hand stamp made my signature look like an exact replica on a micro level, and with precision! After stamping several times on tiny metal hearts, the stamp is still in perfect condition.
