All items arrived sooner than expected which was a nice surprise! The fire pit was easy to assemble, and the tank is easy to access/replace. It is the perfect size for our patio. All together, this is a quality product that looks great and provides just the right amount of heat. We get compliments every time we have company. 10/10 recommend!!

Really nice fire pit though we had to work through what was likely shipping damage to the ignitor. Once we were able to talk with customer service they immediately shipped a replacement part.The replacement part was perfect and the fire pit is now easy to light, works great, and puts out a lot of heat.

When first opening the box you could tell how durable and well made this product was. It’s very durable. I would give this a 5 star review, however, some of the instruction is tricky. After completely installing the fire pit together I thought of three issues I ran into. First, the instructions for the adjustable legs could have a little more detail. When installing these, I would suggest setting them exactly how you want them and to make sure they are sitting completely flat. Don’t turn them all the way completely flushed against the bracket. Later in the directions it will say to take a level and place it on top of the fire place. If you have to fix the legs at that point, it is a pain to twist the feet to change the height. I would suggest leveling the base with a level and make sure it’s flat before moving onto the next step. It will save yourself time. Second, the 3 metal skirt pieces are tricky to put together and you really have to push on them to lock into place. There are bolts at the bottom of each skirt piece that need to align with a hole on the bottom bracket. You have to really force these into place. I’m not sure there is anything Lamplight can do about that one. Third, the P-Clip for the supply hose is tricky to take off the back nut with the tools provided. I would recommend using a socket wrench or something that give you more torque. It’s also difficult to fit a tool behind the P-Clip due the small lip. Other than these three points, I would recommend purchasing this fire fit. It looks great and is very sturdy! I love it and hope you do as well!

I recently received the Tiki Propane Fire Pit. I am extremely pleased with this product. It arrived in a timely manner. Everything to assemble (including the tools) was contained in the box aside from the propane tank. The directions were easy to follow. Assembly took one person approximately an hour. I also have the table that goes around the fire pit. It is perfect for my backyard patio with the table attachment as it becomes a table large enough and high enough to use as a dining table when not in use and also a wonderful firepit when taking the middle cover off. It is very easy to light and to control the intensity of the flame. I will get the glass surround when it becomes available. Again, I am extremely pleased with this product!

We’re in love with our Tiki fire pit! The craftsmanship is top-notch, and it looks stunning on our patio—it has been the absolute best addition! Setup was a breeze, and it’s incredibly easy to use. The fire burns clean with minimal smoke, creating the perfect atmosphere for relaxing or entertaining. It’s truly become the centerpiece of our outdoor space, and we couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend!
