Mushrooms sure are trendy subjects right now and this woodland felting set fits right in with the mushroom theme. I do have experience in felting but wanted to share my love for this craft with beginners. It contains everything you need to complete this project including items that can be used again and again like the felting pad and needles. I can tell you if you had to purchase all the items in this kit, you would be looking at a far higher cost. Having all the colors of the wool is a plus!While I don't wear finger sleeves for protection from accidental stabs, I would recommend them for a beginner. After completing this project, you will be well on your way to tackle others as it is an addicting and stress reducing craft.

This is a fun little kit to get started with Needle Felting, I appreciated that it had everything I needed to get started but it was harder than it looked. Mine didnt come out as nicely as the picture, but it was clearly a problem with my technique, not the product. I wanted to try needle felting but didnt want to make an animal, I loved the witchy motif of this kit

This kit has great easy to follow instructions. It was my first needle felting project and I felt it was very simple to understand and get the hang of. I'm very happy with how my project turned out!
