I work on my feet all day, doing a lot of walking. I bought these because I heard such great things about Danner boots. Well I am severely disappointed. The boots are not that comfortable, took forever to break in, narrow, and the waterproofing lasted through about a month of winter and now I have wet feet whenever there is even a dusting of snow. There are much better boots out there for less money. The one positive about the boots is the tread is great on ice.In summary if you have narrow feet, a month or two to break in the boots, and live in a desert then you will be happy. Anyone else will be disappointed.

Not Up To Danner's Standards...Dannar has for a long time now offered a "overseas" manufactured footwear, though they are known for their "made in the USA" line of boots.Danner overseas footwear also has for the most part been pretty nice products.However... These boots suck! They are of a low standard of quality similar to any run of the mill $60-$80 boot off the shelf yet Danner believes these are a multi-hundred dollar boot!NOT!

These are a little snug, but give me great support. First weekend I did ten miles, second weekend I did about twenty miles. Grouse hunting in the pa woods and mountain roads. No break in time for me.

If you wear thick socks, go a half size bigger than you normally wear. Also, bought better inserts, but that’s just me.

They fit perfectly on my feet I’m diabetic and they protect my feet really well from moisture and boots are lighter but they’re bad ass and hiking boots are just so soft and comfortable right when you put them on there like Bam loving your feet your feet are loving them anyways I worked in the front yard put a new Soil when it was raining they held up so nicely and they’re waterproof for sure I also bought their waterproofing stuff and that stuff do not use so much is it it’ll stay oily for days if you try to put on too much you got it ISo wipe it clean clean clean cleanclean or put it on other material.Yes I will suggest both his parents to anyone specially those with diabetes with ulcers I love this company and I will be buying mini mini more different shoes for them
