Q: How to download mobile APP?
A: Select a commonly used mobile phone and scan the QR code in the user manual, or search for “Viidure” installation on Google Play or APP Store.
Q: Can't connect WiFi or connect failed?
A: Please remember to authorize the App with the album, location, WLAN & cellulardata and turn off the VPN, security software and anti-virus APP of your mobile phone, otherwise you will not be able to connect to wifi.
Q: Why doesn't WiFi connected automatically?
A: Let me explain to you why we set the wifi to need to be connected manually instead of automatically connect the wifi as soon as it is turned on. Since many mobile phones on the market are single-channel mobile phones, the SIM card cannot be used after connecting to WiFi. We are worried that the automatic opening and connection of WiFi will cause some mobile phones to be unable to use 4/5G and miss important information.
Q: Is it possible to watch live video when the app is not connected to wifi?
A: When the app is not connected to the recorder wifi, it isn't possible to watch live video, you can only view the downloaded and saved video files in the app.
Q: Can't recording/taping?
A: Please use genuine Class 10 or above high speed card, suggest using 16GB-128GB SD card, and check that the memory card is installed correctly, or the memory card is not formatted or not, please format SD card in APP. Note: When the memory card is inserted into the camera for the first time, it requires to be formatted on APP.
Q: How to activate this dash cam's parking monitoring function?
A: Q3 dash cam support 24 hours recording only when it is connected to a mini USB hardwire kit (NOTE: HARDWIRE KIT NOT INCLUDED), please connect the hardwire kit to you fuse box. (If you don't know how to install the hardwire kit, please ask a professional for help)

Voice Guidance
The dash cam provides many voice guidance. The voice broadcast function helps you know the current status of the dash camera, such as wifi connection, start recording, stop recording and so on.

Installation was very easy, and one thing I loved is that it already comes with a 64GB SD card, so I didn't have to buy anything extra. The app to watch videos over WiFi works well and the image quality is very good, even at night. The camera records with good definition, has a wide viewing angle and the loop recording and monitoring function gives me peace of mind when leaving my car parked at the mall. I was surprised by how discreet it is, you can barely notice it from the outside. I would definitely buy it again, and I recommend it to anyone who wants to feel safer driving or leaving their car parked.

My son in law loves this i got it as present and it set up so easy and it very discreet and has a 64 gb memory card in it. He likes to check video as something has been messing with his car this is constantly recording and because of the great video quality he looked on the app and saw a stray cat tracking stuff all over. I can't recommend this enough.

I bought this dash cam to have added security when driving . it is small and compact in size. It's actually small enough that it can fit behind your mirror and doesn't get in your way. The installation was pretty easy per the instructions. The adhesive seems to be working well as the camera isn't moving, and the video is clear and not bouncing all over. The SD card is included, which saved me an additional purchase.

Perfect little camera to have in my car. I so wanted one for our road trips out of town. I have noticed that are super useful, especially when accidents happens and for safety in general. I usually have my car inside the garage but, since in our next trip it'll be parked outside the Airbnb I want to have peace of mind. Super easy to install/mount, it doesn't take space great video quality, it connects via Wi-Fi which is super convenient and the SD card is of great capacity. Now the hubby wants one for his car. :D Excellent price for a very nice and functional camera, 10/10
