This dashcam is pretty great for its price. I've had it for about 2 months now and I really have no complaints. It is actually quite easy to install, the wire connections to the cameras are quite long so they can fit in a small car as well as larger truck/SUV, it has high-video quality on both front and back cameras (night-time quality is pretty decent too), it can record audio from inside the car, it takes pictures/locks footage if it detects a crash has happened, it has voice commands, and it's easy to connect to your phone. The only thing I wasn't aware of, (or maybe I just don't know how to use it), was that it doesn't continue recording once the car is turned off. However, that wasn't necessarily a problem for me. This product has been good so far, I suggest this as a starting dashcam for the price and quality it provides.

Very easy to set up and get moving. I was a little bit intimidated at first because I've never installed a dash cam before but the tools/directions made it a breeze. I also like that fact that this version came with both a front and back cam.Once everything was set I downloaded the app and it was good to go. Easy to access the video files if needed. Very little if any changes need to be made once you're connected via the app. The camera will turn on every time the care turns on and the G force setting is already ready to go upon install.After a few weeks I'm very happy with this one. Thinking about buying another one for our other car. I'll send an update once it's been a few months.

This was pretty easy to set up and use. The picture quality is great, and I really like that I can sync it up to my phone to change settings and transfer videos and photos, and sync time. My last dash cam would occasionally lose hours at a time. You can see live footage on your phone from the dash cam, which seems a little pointless since you have to be close enough to be on the camera's WiFi, but is still a nice option.I attached a picture taken from the dashcam of a storm front that came through to show the quality of the picture, and the coordinates are spot on.As far as the 4 star instead of 5; The voice commands don't always work. It may be due to road noise, radio, or defroster, which is understandable to a point- but when you are going to need them the most is when you're busy driving, possibly requiring the defroster, or could be when there is a lot of external noise.I had an issue with my camera that I thought could be something minor (turns out it was), so I e-mailed the company directly. It's been days and I have not received anything back. I wound up contacting Amazon instead and had a replacement shipped, only to find out I missed a small detail that the company could have helped me out with.The last couple nit-picks are:it doesn't come with a suction cup option for attachment. I'm a little wary of adhesives possibly not holding when in direct sunlight for extended periods of time.I would have preferred the USB and rear camera to connect to the base instead of directly to the camera. It would have made taking the camera out quick, in case you wanted to bring it in for security or transfer to a PC.Overall, it's a very good camera with really good features. Just a couple issues that are relatively minor compared to the positives of the camera itself.

Very nice quality for all of the hardware included in this kit. The software is good, but not perfect. I would like more flexibility, but I Arpha D24 leans toward simplicity instead. I like the voice control feature and the fact that the D24 turns on in the same mode that it turned off. This means I can leave my display set to rear-view at all times. (I mostly use this dashcam system as a backup camera)*****Update: I used a "fuse jumper" plus a 12V to 5V DC converter to connect this dashcam to my interior fusebox. Works great! Also, I have experimented using the phone app to retrieve files from this dashcam. Easy to set-up and works great! (Uses WiFi to transfer files from the dashcam to your phone). This is an easy way to use your phone to retrieve and share files (if you need them).
