It works! (with effort.)All of the pinouts for the board are in mandarin, and there is zero documentation of any kind. There also isn’t a datasheet, so there’s no real way of knowing whether your unit meets spec or is damaged/faulty.That said, it does work. With 12 V input, mine produced a pure sinusoidal output from the Flyback at about 118 kHz and about 2,800 V peak to peak.I’d suggest only buying this if you know what you’re doing. I’d even say the lack of documentation plus the high voltage makes the way they’re selling this somewhat irresponsible.

I have experience with high voltage and flyback coils/drivers and got this to make a spark gap speaker. I'm surprised at how cheap it is for the drive and coil together. I think I paid more than $27 for just the driver last time I bought one. In either case, I don't have any complaints about the product except that there are no instructions for the device. Given the danger inherent in the device, I think some sort of instructions are warranted. Overall, if you know what you're doing, I think this product is competitively priced and performs well. I would recommend it to others.

Tested today on a bipole tesla coil. I was using a 24V, 16.6A LED transformer to drive the board. It worked perfect for my project. I plan to order more while available. The included flyback is the good one... with enough space on the ferrite to wrap 10 turns of 14awg insulated wire.

There are many HV transformers and drivers out there, but most die within a few minutes of use. Not this board! It is very well designed and built with heavy-duty components throughout. It also runs very cool, due to the ZVF switching design and has a nice fan to cool the MOSFETS if you really push power through it.
