Third one I bought. Aside from a little cosmetic damage from USPS bumping the end of the box, seller had all three padded as well as possible.

on there listing, they list the idrac interface for remote access. when I received my unit I was very disappointed to find out that they had removed the chip. as most r610s come with this. I haven't tested the hardware yet. but I will update.
