Ordered 12 units- have bought literally hundreds of units off Amazon- absolutely the worst buy ever- had to replace CMOS battery on 4 out of the first five, 3 of the five do not have 512GB SSD drives, two have loose hardware inside the chassis (card slot covers, screws), 1 unit returned already as the CMOS Battery holder is broken off the mainboard. Still waiting for the remaining 7 units to see how may will need to be returned. No attention to detail by vendor workers.Four more delivered today- returning one as the chassis is bent badly at the rear of the unit- cannot fix it.

This is a affordable powerful renewed PC. Intel Core i7 with 32gb of RAM installed , a 512Gb solid state drive and Windows 11 Pro (64 bits). It's a very good choice for the price. It runs cool and noiseless. So far so good after 3 days of use. It has no scratch, it's clean and looks like new (except a dirty power cord, not an issue).It comes with a Wi-Fi adapter, not tested. The only drawback for me is that there is not HDMI ports. I am using a Display Port to HDMI adapter.

the display ports were not listed in the specs as DisplayPort 1.4 ports and NO HDMI monitor ports or vga ports. the keyboard and mouse were not clean and were disgusting. seller did not reply. CPU returned.

While the desktop arrived in good time, it never worked. All it was able to do was display the following, "No Bootable Devices Found." I contacted Amazon for help and the boiler plate responses were of no help. When they directed me to the seller for assistance, I saw all the poor reviews on this reseller's performance. So I returned it.

This is a great computer. Best computer I've ever bought.Unfortunately it stopped working and I had to return it.I got a message that said, "No bootable device found" and it wouldn't go to the desktop.Thank goodness it broke down before the 3 month deadline.I've bought 4 used PCs on Amazon now. This is the first time I've had a problem.

Pc works fine, but received wrong power cable and Amazon won’t send me just the power cable. They want to replace whole pc
