I love this display item . The Happy Holiday Department Store Lit Building is an excellent addition to any Christmas or Holiday window setup. All the holiday decorations on the building itself plus it lights up when plugged In is beautiful. The little boy staring into the front window at the toys is a nice touch too. The artwork is very good and superbly detailed to bring out the holiday festive season. A perfect edition to any Christmas Collection.

Very very cute little addition to my growing Christmas Story village. I only wish it had the "Higbees" sign on it, but Department 56 says they can't because Higbees is a real store with a trademarked name and they don't have permission to use it.

Super fast shipping. Item was in perfect brand new condition. Was happy to find this on Amazon for a great price! Store is beautiful but wished it said "Higbees" on front instead of "Happy Holidays", did not realize when bought it, but still very nice.
