Make sure you before you buy this house of the size. It’s not in scale with most other dept 56 houses and won’t fit in with your snow village Halloween. But the biggest crime for me is that it’s made of cheap flimsy resin instead of the ceramic dept 56 usually uses. For the price it looks very cheap. I suppose you’re paying for the Elvira licensing. Casandra Peterson must be living very large with all the cheap merch she markets. Very disappointed in this.

This review is about the Headless Horseman that I received with the Haunted Mansion Hearse. It came with a broken leg. However, I glued the leg back together and only very close inspection makes the break noticeable.

Little disappointed with Dept 56 on this one. Without lights it looks great. With the lights on the ENTIRE house lights up. The walls shouldn’t glow. It looks cheap.

This is definitely a great piece. I love that Dept 56 did an Elvira line (I am a huge fan of hers)! The car, and her walking Gonk go perfectly with this set! The only downside to this piece is the paint, This is supposed to be a dar and dreary house. The paint however shows some light through it. I am not sure why they didn't go with paint that blocks out light to preserve the dark look of the home....

I am disappointed in this product. I did not realize the house was made of resin. For the price it should have been made in the same quality of the other houses. I am probably returning this item.
