Kept my eye on this item for a year. Had purchased Clarkes House and garage so wanted this to complete my collection. The tree was broken off when I opened the parcel. This does not have the wow factor up-to other National Lampoon items. As soon as I plugged it in sparked. My husband purchased a replacement fitting so I didn’t have to return it as the item was out of stock.Overall I’m happy I have it for my collection but extremely overpriced and nothing to get excited about.

You’ve gotta have Todd and Margo’s home to complete your Christmas Vacation village! This was a great addition to my set. The house is well made, and the interior light is bright. I’m so glad they brought this piece back.

Brand new condition, works perfectly, nothing damaged, no ceramic pieces falling out. Packaged well and shipped well. One of the front trees was out of place but honestly they are delicate and nothing a tiny dab of extra glue didn't fix.

My daughter is collecting this Christmas Vacation array which I buy for her as gifts. The Dept. Ones are cute and good guality although expensive. I also have bought some of the knock offs and some were good and others bad. This definitely is quality for the price although it being the neighbor's house a bit high.

Since I started my Christmas vacation Village for years ago, I have been imagining one day that I would somehow scrape up the money to buy this house. I have been watching it on eBay and it usually was going for $3000-$4000. No one in their right mind would pay that I am so glad that department 56 brought back this house and made it affordable for me, it is a true blessing and a wonderful addition to my Christmas village. I was so stoked to get this house the details on it are amazing love the lighting option and so happy to have Margo and Todd’s house right beside of the Griswolds. It is a complete set now thank you so much don’t pass this one by buy it while you can it’ll be worth money one day just check eBay.
