Work as intended. I've used some other brands that seem to crumble apart in the box, making it a tedious task to constantly reload. These hold up well and get the job done.

This is one heavy box. It makes me question my manhood whenever I try to lift the box and am surprised by the weight. I carried it across the room, and I was out of breath by the time I got there. Once in the nail gun, they work very well. I can't be spending a whole lot of time hammering nails into things, given that I am a busy man. This cuts the nail hammering time to effectively zero. And they're good quality nails.

I've tried a few brands over the last couple of years and these have been great. Others (Bostitch for one) are very difficult to remove cleanly, they tend to easily snap off, especially the very small ends if you try to use them for removal purposes. Why would you want to do that you ask? I use brad nails for hold downs for my CNC machine and they work very well for this purpose. So after the piece is done these remove MUCH more cleanly than the other two brands I've tested. I'll be sticking with these ones.

the product works just great.the packaging leaves a lot to be desired though. my order was shipped in a larger box with no padding and the inner box broke open during shipment, making about 3/4 of the brads useless because they have all broken apart

Packaging was broken do to the weight of the nails and I assume the drops and bumps it received while shipping. Nails are exactly what I needed. The fit my dewalt nailer and fire one at a time. Minimal jamming.

nail cartridge jammed after shooting 1000+ nails. Called Dewalt customer service. They sent the shipper to and from and fixed it quickly free of charge even during the coronavirus lock dowm period. Very pleased that Dewalt takes care its customers.

Just what I needed. I have been waiting for a battery operated tool like this and find it easy to handle and work with. No gas required and using a 20V battery is very nice addition to my DeWalt collection of tools.
