It is as described, Solid Wood, Metal Legs, sturdy, and attractive....I gained space in my small galley kitchen, and the copper shelf is great.

Once this was all put together it seems fairly sturdy. However, the design isn't the best. The holes are difficult to get lined up and I'm not able to get everything perfectly even.

They are nice as long as you aren’t sitting at them to eat/drink. The rack under the tabletop hits at your knees and you cannot use them properly as a bar height dining table.

The tables themselves are very sturdy. However the lower shelf should have one side that is not flush with the top of the table at least. Basically These are bar height tables that you need counter height stools to use with otherwise your knees will just be hitting the lower bar 100% of the time. But if you get counter height stools then your arms feel pretty out of place. So the idea of this table was a good one, but the design implementation leaves a lot to be desired.

I decided to down size from a large wooden dining room table with six chairs to this pub table and two stools. A perfect height, a great wood choice (yes it is a heavy slab of wood), metal parts are thick. Purchased the stools from the same seller.The pub table packaging was damaged and two feet were missing. The seller has shipped the replacement parts to me.

My boyfriend and I put this together on Halloween night, and WHAT a journey that was. First of all, the packaging this thing was shipped in was horrible. It was not a cardboard box, but rather some cardboard honeycomb material with 4 hard corners. It arrived with massive holes in the sizes, and you could tell it had been repackaged. Once we got into the package, we found the legs were in different stages of having been put together. Also, the tools and screws were obviously repackaged in just some plastic, we were not very sure we had all the components. So we took the whole thing apart, and counted things up. Luckily we had it all there. But the biggest shock to us was the table top. These aren't real plumbing pipes, so they're thinner than those types of pipes. Two of the four pipes affixed to the table top had been crushed, so they would not fit over the leg frame. Luckily, my boyfriend was able to bang the dents out and round the pipes again. However, if it had only been me working on putting this thing together, I would not have been able to put the thing together based on all the issues. I took one star for the way this was packaged.The best thing about this piece is the wood the tabletop is made out of. It's gorgeous. Now, you can tell it's multiple pieces of wood, not one single cut of pine, but they did a pretty good job of hiding the differences in grain. It's VERY heavy. None the less, it looks beautiful, and their staining process was very successful. I think its a stunning piece and will add some character to our outdoor area.One thing to note, the picture shows the pipes are silver, however, the pipes I received were a matte black. I do not know what this seller is trying to do with their inventory, but if you are selling something re-packaged or refurbished, Amazon has a selling option/program for that. Selling this as new was INACCURATE. I took one star for that.
