These Dixie disposable cutting board "toppers" are such a great idea. Cut your raw chicken on it, throw it away. No need to clean your cutting board before cutting something else.Some might say it is wasteful, more paper stuff in landfill, but for the convenience and food safety, I think it's worth it.

These are the best for easy and quick food prep without worrying about cross contamination. Thick enough to not slice through and easy to store. They have a slight raised edge that helps keep the food on while chopping.

These cutting boards are good quality and you can use them for other things besides germ-free cutting of food. They make very nice decorative platters to serve food on at potlucks and you can even use them as disposable dinner plates. And best of all, they are recyclable and compostable.

These cutting boards are perfect for prep work and light cutting. ( I use wooden cutting boards for big jobs to protect my knives). I first tried them when I bought them from my local supermarket and they cost roughly 7.00$ for a pack of 8. I was amazed to find this pack of 80 for this price. I split the package with my sister, and will definitely buy more when my supply runs low.

I have moved away from using my cutting boards because of fear of contamination for the next use. There have been so many outbreaks of Listeria, E Coli, Salmonella. As well like it or not your veggies are under attack every night from all kinds of bugs that feast until the lights are turned back on. I well wash my veggies and dry them and usually start cutting for a meal from the driest to the moistest (like tomato) and if I have meat I will also cut it and prep for cooking or serving. With these disposable plates I won't have to worry about how clean I have gotten my cutting boards, or not. I use paper plates for smaller veggies, etc., and these will work fabulously for meat.

I love these paper cutting boards. They stand up to my sharpest knives and make cleanup a breeze when cubing a roast for stew, cutting up a pineapple, and more. Be aware that some things can be slippery on these boards that might not be so slippery on wood or plastic boards, but the convenience of just tossing them instead of cleaning and/or sanitizing them is awesome. This big pack worked out to a much better price than buying the small pack at WM or the grocery store.

I do a lot of cooking, and cutting boards have always been a hassle to keep clean and germ free. I decided to try these, and I am glad I did! They are very sturdy and cut resistant, with a coating that keeps them from soaking thru and can be wiped off. And since they are disposable, if I cut something like raw meat, I can just discard it.Great idea and very handy, I have retired my other utting boards
