just got this installed as a pm on my 7.3 since i already had the fan and radiator out to install a new intercooler not a difficult job just remove the balancer had to modify the cheap balancer puller a bit with a drill to extend the slots about1/4"to fit the balancer& 25miniutes time and no$spent thumbs up emoji!!! put the bolt back in the crank hand tight without the big washer pulled balancer with ease removed 4 10mm bolts gently pried on old pump pay attention to orientation of the gears for piece of mind i may or may not have gotten them turned around layimg on my back under the truck then im like ??? but on this pump i dont think it matters it might be idiot resistant i didnt see any identifying marks on the gears and just coated gears and housing & front seal with engine oil and topped it off inside the seal with an old school pump oil can take your time and pay attention that you get the o ring seal in the groove and it stays there on installation tighten the bolts evenly in a cross pattern i spent a couple hours on this job it took about a minute or two for the truck to start as i replaced the hpop lines too the pump primed no problem with just engine oil it builds oil pressure quick and easy on the dnj site says it has a 12month 12000 mile warranty i hope it lasts as long as the oe pump over 200thousand miles time will tell ill update in the future but for now works like its supposed to truck starts easy when cold this pump was about eighty bucks when i purchased in febuary 2023 was the best price on amazon at the time says made in Taiwan on the box

New one has less lobes for increased output. Fit perfectly and truck is running great with it installed.
