The font on the white part is almost unreadable from more than 5 feet away. So, on a car, it’s useless. It’s already been scraped off and thrown away.

The words are most important but the “ball sack” looking things in the bottom right are supposed to be outlined dog tags. Pretty terrible. But for a few bucks that’s to be expected.
