My boat steering was really difficult. I removed my old cable and found that I could not move it back and forth by hand at all. It was really stuck. The new cable moves easily by hand, and is an exact match to my original cable. Steering is like new now.

We could hardly turn the motor on our Boston Whaler with the old cable.This new cable has an adapter that connects the new cable to the old Teleflex steering box.My sister and I had it in and skiing in 30 min. works great
