I can't figure out how to use the pump or the needle provided to inflate the ball. I don't know what to put in as weight for the bottom piece. And, I did not know I would need to put screws into the door frame.....that could use clearer mention and instructions.....so, I will not be able to hang it in my apartment or in my home that has all steel doorframes :-( I may be able to find a spot where it could adhere and be safe in the basement in my home, but I won't be there until June, so meanwhile this will sit in a closet. But, the biggest thing missing is clear, coherent instructions :-(

Made well, did not expect to have to screw any pieces into my door frame to hold the bar up into the door way but guess you can just use the bar and expend it but it won’t be as solid. The bag is strongly made and can def take some fast quick punches and even some hard ones. Not hard to set up. I use heavy dumbbells in the bottom bag to help keep the bag in place. Nice bag to use in the house for simple work out
