Not happy at all. Face plate was faded and stained and the back was dirty. I dont care how well it works, if it looks like it were pulled straight out of the junkyard.Update: I sent this one back in hopes of exchanging for a better one. The second one looked worst than the first.

Received product and the face looked dirty. The fan control knob was pushed in and the temperature control knob was loose.
