im having a problem trying to get money back on a core return , dorman is too good to even reply back to my e mails....very unhappy with the crappy customer service. i just spent nearly 1300.00 on this product thinking i would get some money back.. UPDATE!!!! it's been 2 1/2 months and no word on my core or where it went, dorman stole it and probably sold it again....
