2007 to 2011 Jeep wrangler front wheel hub spinal nut. It’s the correct thread and has the correct hex size but just barely covers the hub! You need to add a washer to properly hold hub on.

Make sure to use axle nut sockets for optimum results. If you are overwhelmed by the selection at harbor freight, and intend to use the Pittsburg pro 3/4 inch drive sockets... they won't drive it far enough. Save yourself the headache and buy axle nut sockets here on Amazon. I sure didn't. At first. Lol

A compleltly Different manufacture process used to fab the origional axle nutThe OEM nut has a slightly irregular thread hole, it looks oval. The Dorman aftermarket Nut has Swaging marks ("swaging" is a crimp that is applied to a nut to add friction, to keep it from loosening)The OEM has No swaging marks on the axle nut. the hole is made ovel during the making of the nut....not a swaging "crimp" that is applied to the nut after its made.Haven't found an OEM Axle nut yet....I'm sure I'll come across one....so far I can only find them at the junk yard (LKQ pick your part).Manual specifies "a new axle nut must be used any time the axle nut is removed".God, I drive windy mountain roads more often now,I bought the Dorman axle nut2004, Cadillac SRX, 3.6L GM, AWD
