I had to bend one end a bit to make it fit. It was not bent at the proper angle. This of course causes other issues, such as lines rubbing, so one has to also deal with that. Disconnect batteries, and take lots of pictures before you take the old one off.

We purchased this item a little worried about some of the reviews and it has been 1 & 4 months since installed with no problems. Thank you for a good purchase.

Recommended by Amazon and Dorman as a replacement for 2001 Dodge ram W3500 with Cummins diesel with 47RE transmission. Fittings are wrong for this truck, recommend going to dealer. Returned back to Amazon with no problems.

Doesn't actually fit the 94 models and who knows what else. Missing a critical adapter that I can't find anywhere.

Bent right but bad fit for the quick disconnect rubber lines from this hardline to the Cooler. I fought for an hour to get the line connected, tried the old lines and the new dorman matched rubber lines. Ended up finding that this hard line was too large diameter at the end and I had to use emery cloth to essential sand it down to fit. I find it crazy that two dorman products meant to attach to each other would not fit without modification and a few hours to determine the issue. Good news is that I got it together and it doesn't leak.

Same as original, may require VERY minor bending to line up with threads. Pain in the butt to install without a lift though, but that's to be expected.
