It wasn't too difficult to install. Biggest problem was figuring out how to disconnect the old one; every hose and the electrical connection had a different method of securing it. The car seems to run better, all the dash lights are off. Time will tell of the logevity of the product.

***update, it failed after 3 weeks. Glad it was still returnable. Also it's an easy install/uninstall so it's not a horrible experience to uninstall and return.***keep your original canister just in case this fails you can reconnect the old one while you deal with the return/purchase process again.Original review: I had 5 constant check engine codes that referred to the exhaust system. After some research from car forums a was certain it was the charcoal canister considering the check engine codes contradicted themselves. I changed it on my scion XD in under 5 minutes without even lifting the car off the ground. Just disconnect all the plugs/hoses/3 bolts and reconnect to the new one. Within a few miles of driving all check engine codes had cleared themselves and haven't come back.
