Would be decent for short weekend “backpacking” but is extremely comfortable for car camping when coupled with a foam mattress topper.

We bought this for a couple of reasons, my husband and I are about 100 pounds difference in weight which normally leads an air mattress to push me into where he is sleeping. We also don’t like having to re-inflate the mattress everyday and we needed something small and light weight to pack for our less Bougie camping trips. This marked all of the boxes. It kept us above ground enough that we did not feel any cold from the ground. Even moving around did not make the other person move around or roll into each other. The mattress held air all three nights we slept on it. Easy to inflate but does take about 200-300 pumps to get it there, luckily you can supplement that with a different pump or your own breath if need be. Even inflating it with our foot only, it took less than ten min. It feels very durable and even somewhat walking across it didn’t seem to affect it.The only downside is that it’s not as wide as I’d prefer it to be (we are used to our king size bed) this is about a full size mattress. And it’s obviously very close to the ground and we are not that young anymore. We honestly will probably buy a couple more.

This camping pad is hands down the best one I have ever owned. We use it to stargaze on our roof. The material is ultra durable. I love how easy it is to store and re-inflate.Two of us fit on this pad easily.

This was perfect for traveling! My daughter took it on her overnight track trip and it fit perfectly in her suitcase, we especially loved that it did not add any extra weight. It is not as comfortable as a fully inflatable air mattress, but is much more comfortable than a regular sleeping pad. We will be using this for camping and other day trips.
