Installation Instructions:
- Make sure your motorcycle has installed a docking hardware kit first
- Place the rack side plate notches (B) into the forward docking points (D).
- Position the rotary latches (A) over the rear docking points (B)
- Push the rear of the side plates downward and close the rotary latches by pressing the latch lever as far forward as it goes. You must hear a CLICK to verify that the rotary latch is in place.
- To remove the detachable luggage rack, press the release button on each side. Then push the rotary latch levers back. Carefully lift the rear of the side plates up. Finally pull the side plate notches out of the forward docking points.

I just got this delivered today (09/20/2024) and one of the brackets is bended. It did fit but it’s not a snug fit. It does shakes and wondering if it will make noice while riding. I’m debating if I should return it and dealing with the whole hustle to do so. I have to say that the seller has a bad quality inspection on this product. You can clearly see it in the pictures.

Beautiful Luggage rack for the touring. Sturdy, firm mount using the touring docking hardware for easy on and off the bike... Works great with a LOW MOUNT license plate on all touring models...

The unit I received has a noticible paint abnormality right on the top of one of the 4 rack pieces. It look like there is a small piece of metal under the paint or the spray gun spit a booger and they painted over it. May have just gottenmissed in QA. Unit is made of lighter steel than the more expensive ones or HD racks, but it is not $350 either. Comes with the quick detach cam locks so you can remove/replace it easily.
