The transmission slip yoke may have one or two missing splines inside the barrel known as blind spots. Each blind spot counts as one spline in the total spline count. The blind spots do not affect the fit of the yoke on your output shaft.

The RABROPAR Drive Shaft Transmission Slip Yoke fits my 4L80e very well. There is no play in the yoke and rides on the seal well. Since this is a short yoke, you have to make sure that your driveshaft is of the correct length.
