Installed in my RV in 2021. Was easy to install, but after minimal use (one camping season/approx 45 days of use) the button that switches the water from stream to shower stopped working. Now I have to press and hold the button during use. Will be replacing with direct model.

I think I received a used or returned faucet. The box had obviously been opened and resealed more than once, there were several layers of clear tape and the edges had been torn. I would’ve returned it but I needed it and didn’t have the time to wait for another one. Not happy with the quality of the finish either. Maybe if the item was brand new I would be pleased. This one also leaked when I installed it, I had to disassemble and repair kinked gasket. Should’ve bought a different one.

We replaced our RV kitchen sink faucet and love this design better than the original. This one piece handle will work much better.

The first faucet we received was missing the head, and had to return. I don't know how a company can miss putting on the head of the faucet. The return process was good and the second faucet we received had the head. The only problem installing was we needed a longer hose for our RV. Found the hose at ACE hardware. The faucet looks great in our RV. I would have given this 5 stars but because of the first one we had to return.

Great quality faucet! I purchased this faucet to replace the cheepo plastic unit installed at the factory which had separate hot & cold. I chose this model because it has the optional base plate that covers the two exposed holes required for the old faucet. Installation went well except that the base plate is able to swivel as there is not an option to secure it through the two holes on each side that are not used. In my case the space is so tight I could not get a wrench on the lock nut to cinch it down real good. So the lock nut is basically hand tightened. If there were bolts through the two holes secured from the bottom on each side of the base plate I'd feel better about this installation.If you do not use the base plate for your installation there is no issue here.
