I buy these to customize my exhaust, I don't have a tubing bender, so I cut the angle that I need and weld the exhaust together.

Worked well for my project. The diameter in the bend DOES change very slightly - it's a little bit smaller throughout the bend than at the legs. In addition, the pipe also has a slight "oval"ness to it through the bend.However, for the price compared to other U bends, I won't complain!

Used this item to build a light weight abbreviated bumper on my jeep. Worked out very well. Nice smooth bends with long legs. Am I talking about exhaust tubing or women? LOL
