The desktop fan arrived in great shape. It stopped working around 6 months after being used every day at work due to hot flashes. Amazon customer service gave me the seller's customer service email. I contacted them with the hope of obtaining another fan replacement. My customer service representative was incredibly helpful. The representative was empathetic and quickly offered a replacement. In less than a week, a new fan arrived. No return of the broken fan, no questions asked, provide proof of purchase through Amazon, and a working replacement was received. There was no need to return the broken fan. With the quick and easy resolution with Amazon and Easyacc.com, I am very delighted! I love this fan!

This fan is one of the best purchases I have made. I love that it uses a USB charger and the battery life is roughly 8 hours. It is lightweight so it is very easy to carry around with you. I use it mainly for three things: 1. In the kitchen during the summer when flies somehow find a way in. Aimed at your "work station" flies are unable to make it to the food. It's not an overpowering breeze, but too much for a fly to navigate. 2. I aim it towards my face while applying makeup in a warm bathroom. Sometimes after showers, the room is just too warm. Again, it's not overpowering but is enough to cool my face. 3. Our pup sleeps in a crate in our attic bedroom with us. In summer it can be pretty warm up there so we put this little fan outside his crate aimed at him and it does a great job of keeping him cool. We are able to keep it plugged into the usb, but if we couldn't the battery would still last all night. I haven't mentioned that it is quiet, but it is. Does not disrupt anyone's sleep. I just really love this fan and plan on getting a few more.

Este ventilador es muy práctico gracias a su base y diseño elegante. Es perfecto para el verano, funciona de manera estable y hasta ahora no ha tenido ningún problema. La base es funcional, y también se puede usar sin ella, lo que lo hace muy versátil.El único inconveniente es que el flujo de aire es algo débil. Para sentirlo, necesitas estar muy cerca del ventilador; de lo contrario, apenas se nota. Sin embargo, por su precio y diseño, es una opción bastante buena.

I bought this to have bedside breeze, and it is great! It cannot beat a large overhead fan (of course), but it has excellent wind speed and size for travel. It’s quiet too!

What an amazing piece of kit for the price. Tested this against 2 other similar fans and this one wins by a mile.This produces the most airflow by far and even comes with a variable speed control unlike all others which are just fast or slow and sometimes medium as well.It's thin, perfect for what I needed it for The hook / stand is adjustable through 160 degrees, only downside is it's solid so you're limited to hanging over something or getting some hooks if you want it off the surface.Bonus features included are a rechargeable battery which gives the same output as having it plugged in. Haven't tested it yet so don't know how long it lasts but it can be charged while running, has a second USB connecter so you don't lose one and can be run from a powerpack. Can also deliver a small charge in reverse if neccessary. Can't see a way to replace the battery if needed but thats for the adventurous, shouldn't be that hard.And it's very quiet even at max rpm.Highly recommended. Bourght a second one even before writing this review.
