Brake pads are quite, low dust and bite well in cold temperature. Driven a little over 1,000 miles to have the brake-in coating wear off then did a bedding procedure.

I pulled these off my e46 today, there were installed 3 years ago. Lots of life left in them, but I'm on my third set of rotors due warping. Never had a warped rotor until I installed these pads.

work well, modest improvement over OEM. Dust is also about the same. I was expecting more, but am satisfied with the performance.
