Your cart is empty. The new EBC Yellowstuff compound is essentially a race pad but with a big difference in that it works from cold and can be safely used on the highway. If you want the ultimate in high friction braking this is the pad to choose. Brakes feel superb from first touch of the pedal and stay effective up to race temperatures. Maximum stopping is prime requirement and for short duration track use. Its dust rating is similar to OEM parts. All pads come with edge chamfers, center line slots, noise reduction shims and OEM hardware as needed. All EBC pads feature the EBC brake in surface coating which helps pads seat quickly after install.

Great pads, cut the stopping distance dramatically, no fade or shaking regardless of temperature or speed.

Excellent stopping power, even when hot. Dusty, I don't care.

FYI these did not fit my 2005 Legacy GT wagon, they were too small. I ordered DP41583R instead after cross-checking on other sites.

I've been using EBC's new compound for years now, and they preform better than others. On freezing days they can be a bit weak the first couple stops, but that's what you get with race type pads. Once they get hot, they bite extremely well and give you great confidence no matter the circumstance. These suckers take so much punishment, you will warp cheap or OEM rotor when really beating on them. I'm talking multiple stops from 80+mph. Will also boil your brake fluid. Upgrade your fluid immediately as well as rotors to race spec. Don't skimp out!More comments from me and others: [...]If you see any "used" items from Amazon for this or similar product, buy it. Mine were just missing the box but otherwise brand new.

so far so good. not much difference in dust from previous hawks. much better cold than previous. all around i am more pleased with these pads than any previous. we'll see how the y do for the rotors. I've only had them on a few 100 miles. expect some noise with drilled and/or slotted rotors. its do-to the higher composites in the yellowstuff compared to the lower performance red"".
