Your cart is empty. The new EBC Yellowstuff compound is essentially a race pad but with a big difference in that it works from cold and can be safely used on the highway. If you want the ultimate in high friction braking this is the pad to choose. Brakes feel superb from first touch of the pedal and stay effective up to race temperatures. Maximum stopping is prime requirement and for short duration track use. Its dust rating is similar to OEM parts. All pads come with edge chamfers, center line slots, noise reduction shims and OEM hardware as needed. All EBC pads feature the EBC brake in surface coating which helps pads seat quickly after install.

Now if you pay close attention to the installation instructions these pads will be absolutely drama free....minus brake brake dust. Yes, lots of brake dust. But I'd rather wash wheels then accidents. These pads do not fade and are great cold and hot.I have them currently on my 2010 Tahoe PPV

THEY DO NOT LAST!I have always been an EBC fan and thought they made good stuff. I bought a set of these yellow pads after reading reviews and looking for something better than OEM. I put on mostly highway miles, commuting ~30 miles to work, and home (with like 3 stop lights or turns). I don't do a lot of towing except for a boat during the summer months on the weekends. These pads lasted from Dec '17 to about March '18! YEA, 3 months! I didn't even tow my boat with them. Yes, I put on new rotors and made sure the brakes were not hanging up or dragging. They did grab much harder than the OEM, but I'm not replacing brakes every 3 months on a daily driver! I might have gotten 10k miles out of them. Don't waste your $

Worst pads ever. Tons of dust, wear very quickly, eats up expensive rotors. No warning when they are worn down till they start grinding metal to metal. Destroyed my rear rotors that I now have to replace... Total junk. Red Stuff pads are great, stop just as well and don't wear down nearly as quick. Avoid Yellow stuff pads at all costs.

What you need to understand is these pads are much softer than oem, the softer the pad the harder it grips and the faster you stop, also the faster they ware. Slotted rotors cut your life by at least a quarter because they scrape the coating of dust and crap off creating more dust, for stock apps, these are over kill go to o'rileys and get Wagner pads, if you want performance these pads with the drilled/slotted rotors stop my Silverado like a vet, so yes they perform... WELL!

Installed about 300 mils ago, definitely better than OEM pads, however they are shedding allot! Every 3 days you need to clean black dust of the rims.

Easy to install. I'm a DIYer so this only cost me time. Do the job properly and make sure you turn the rotors and follow the instructions for bedding the pads.

I have not installed these yet, but I caution people when ordering. The product description is not clear. It says you receive a "pair". I inferred this to mean two pads, or pads for a single caliper. It actually meant 4 pads. As such, I ended up getting twice as many brake pads as I required.I will revise my rating once I get some miles on the brakes.
