I have been riding my ebike for the past month but only recently did I get caught in the rain. At which point, I realized it would probably be in my best interest to protect the electrical components of my bike from the weather. To promote longevity, I did some research and found this product. It seems to be pretty universal with the velcro attachment and it covers my battery perfectly

Although this is a cover for a battery on the front of a bike, I use it to cover my battery compartment while transporting my bike with the battery removed. The battery on my E-bike sits under my seat in front of my back tire. I have yet to find a cover for this kind of bike. But I needed something to keep dirt and dust out of the battery compartment while transporting my bike on a bike rack. Although longer than I need it to be and I have to bend, fold and manipulate it to fit, it still serves its purpose. It keeps my battery compartment free of dirt. It seems sturdy enough and I feel it will last for awhile especially since I'm only using it during transport. I did try it on my friend's bike in the manner it was intended to be used and although it fit, and would do its job, the zippered area that was supposed to sit where her bottle holder attached, was not in the right place. She has a step through style Puckipuppy E-bike and this cover's design was not completely compatible with it.

I wanted to use this to protect my spare battery but this is just too big for that purpose and there is no way you can work with the extra slack in its inherent design. I think a zipper expansion, or use of stretchy material might have helped make this more practical and expand its use cases.

This cover doesn't wrap around my battery, on a Windone K2. It's a different shape and frame and battery so it's not too surprising but make sure you accurately measure your bike lolRegardless I tested it for waterproofing. Under a direct sink it's very resistant. No water got past the material. The zipper has an outside cover which works pretty well under direct water, only a bit gets through. However in rain it wouldn't be direct, itd be coming down from the top. So make sure to position your zipper on the side, the outer shell has a flap that redirects water off of the zipper to prevent what I described.

This e-bike battery cover is a practical and reliable accessory for extending battery life and protecting your e-bike. It's essentially a neoprene wrap, but insulated, so it protects your battery from the cold, somewhat. More importantly, it will protect your battery from moisture. There are pockets to put your phone and keys in, but I don't really use those. This wrap is perfect to hide those ugly wires from your DIY e-bike that you've been showing off to your friends. Just make sure it fits your battery's 11.8 to 16.9-inch circumference for optimal protection.
