  • The cylinder head gasket set is an important component of the engine combustion chamber, and It's seals coolant passages. if a blown or failing head gasket will allow coolant to enter the cylinders.

  • Over time, the Head Gasket will age due to internal component wear, resulting in leakage or failure of the gasket.

  • 1.Inspect between cylinders frequently for leaks

    2.Inspect bubbling in radiator and coolant reservoir

    3.Make sure don't let the engine overheat

  • 1.Drain all of the oil and coolant from your engine.

    2.Clean the surface of the head and block and bolt holes.

    3.Make sure the engine does not overheat during the purging process, or head gasket damage could occur again.

Gaskets are riveted thin pieces of metal. No sealant. Even after using a sealant the intake manifold gaskets failed and cost a complete tear down of the upper motor to replace them.
