Mirrors didn’t adjust up as much as I’d like. When maxed up the mirror got kind of wavy.

The mirrors arrived and I could not have been more excited ; which was short lived. As I opened the box everything look great until I went to the drivers side mirror. Took the tow mirror out of the box to find a broken mirror loosely hanging from the casing and scratched broken glass, the top screw was vacant form its hole to be mounted . Very saddening as other reviews said positive things .Aside from the damaged mirror they definitely seems nice and heavy duty however I think it would benefit them to glue the mounting frame to the mirrors frame like factory style mirrors thus reinforcing the durability , as well the way the bolts to mount the mirror are pressed in the upper one could use a lot better reinforcement .Overall nice mirrors but disappointing unboxing for sure

I ordered the mirrors due to the fact that my 2013 Ford f150 xlt ecoboost has the 17,300lb tow package. The mirror goes installs are a joke there no better than standard mirrors. So, I ordered this set they work great everything worked on them turn signals, heated and powered mirrors all function great. I would definitely order these again.

All parts were received except the wiring instructions, which is needed since the mirrors have additional lights that my original mirrors do not have. Also, the turn signals do not work, which my original mirrors did have.The link to website support has server issues and phone number is just an answering machine to leave messages.

These mirrors are a low-quality product. The top pane mirror glass is wavy (like a fun-house) and it vibrates at any speed, both of which are very distracting while driving. There were no installation instructions, or wiring diagram, but after contacting the seller, they sent a wiring diagram. I wish I could recommend purchasing these as the price seemed reasonable, but I would strongly recommend against purchasing these mirrors. However, their customer service is very good and quick to respond (which is why I am giving it one star as the product deserves zero stars).
