When i got this, i kept it in box for about a week or so due to lack of time to work on it. When i finally got around to working on it, it did not regulate voltage. Instead of making 12-15 volts, it was up in the 40-50 volt range. Again, i had no time to return or exchange with Amazon. So when i got around to return it, it was past the return date.I would have liked to exchange for one in working condition. So I basically got a broken item.
